Boxed Asian ceramic bowl of red sealing ink

This green fabric-covered box with a hinged lid contains a round (2 3/4 inches across) lidded bowl with a blue dragon decorated lid. There is also a tiny plastic paddle inside the box lid. The bowl of wax seal is covered and unused as are all the pieces in the box. The box is 3 3/4 inches by 3 3/4 inches and 1 7/8 inches thick. It is all new and unused.
